Filming the Dr. Vishnuvardhan Memorial and Museum in Mysore, designed by M9 Design Studio, was a deeply rewarding experience. This project serves as a tribute to the celebrated Kannada cinema icon, Dr. Vishnuvardhan, and our goal was to capture its profound essence. The filming process involved meticulous attention to detail, reflecting both the memorial’s architectural elegance and the emotional depth it represents. The design blends traditional and modern elements, and our footage aimed to highlight these aspects while conveying the reverence of the space. Interviews with key figures, including Nischal, the founder of M9 Design Studio, provided insight into the vision behind the memorial. Filming on-site allowed us to document the museum’s interactive exhibits and commemorative spaces, illustrating how they engage visitors with Dr. Vishnuvardhan’s life and career. The result is a film that not only showcases the architectural beauty of the memorial but also honors the legacy of a beloved figure, capturing the spirit of both the space and the man it commemorates.
